FemiCore Capsules: What One Capsule Holds and How to Take It
FemiCore capsules are gelatin capsules sold 30 to a bottle, and the label serving is one capsule a day with 6-8 oz of water. Each capsule holds a 350 mg herbal blend (Mimosa pudica seed, cranberry, bearberry leaf and berberine) and a 50 mg blend of five Lactobacillus strains. One bottle lasts 30 days. Because the shell is gelatin, the capsules are not vegetarian, and no trial of the capsule itself has been published.

The basics
What are FemiCore capsules?
FemiCore capsules are a dietary supplement sold as 30 gelatin capsules in a white bottle. The label sets the adult serving at one capsule, so one bottle covers 30 days.
Gelatin comes from animals. The capsules are therefore not vegetarian or vegan, even though a vegetarian badge appears in the sales graphics. Brown rice flour, magnesium stearate, olive oil and silicon dioxide make up the other ingredients.
The front panel carries three lines: "Healthy Urinary System", "Bladder Control Support" and "Microbiome Balance". Each has a dagger, and the dagger points to the FDA statement. That statement says the lines have not been evaluated by the agency (21 CFR 101.93, structure/function claims).
Inside one capsule
What is inside one FemiCore capsule?
One FemiCore capsule holds two blends: 350 mg of herbal blend and 50 mg of probiotic blend. That is 400 mg of listed material, plus the shell and the fillers.
The herbal blend names four lines in this order: Mimosa pudica seed extract, cranberry extract, bearberry leaf and berberine extract. The probiotic blend names five Lactobacillus strains. A blend is listed from heaviest to lightest, and only its total is printed (21 CFR 101.36, supplement labeling).
That order lets us do bench arithmetic. Line 2 of 4 in 350 mg can weigh at most 175 mg. Line 4 can weigh at most 87.5 mg. These are ceilings, not amounts, and a lower line may be far smaller.
Herbal Blend · 4 lines
- Mimosa pudicaMimosa pudica Seed Extract≤ 350 mg
- CranberryCranberry Extract (Vaccinium macrocarpon)(berry)(std. to 30% proanthocyanidin)≤ 175 mg

- L. gasseri LG08strain 4 of 5≤ 12.5 mg
- L. casei LC16strain 5 of 5≤ 10 mg
RuleA proprietary blend lists its lines from most to least by weight and prints only the total (21 CFR 101.36, supplement labeling).
SoLine 2 cannot outweigh line 1, so it holds at most half the blend; line 3 at most a third; line k at most total/k.
LimitsCeilings, not amounts: a lower line can be tiny. Probiotic weight is not a CFU count, and the label prints no CFU.
Each circle's area is drawn to scale with its ceiling. Our arithmetic from the label, not a lab test.
What is missing
What does the FemiCore label print, and what does it skip?
The label prints the ingredient names, the two blend totals and the directions. It skips every single amount, any live-cell count for the strains and the name of the factory.
It does name a distributor in Tallmadge, Ohio, and it carries three marks: GMP, "Made in the USA using foreign and U.S. ingredients" and an FDA-registered facility. Registration is a listing, not an approval.

How do you take FemiCore capsules?
Take one FemiCore capsule a day with 6-8 oz of water, which is about one tall glass. The label names no time of day and no food rule, so pick an hour you can repeat.
The caution is plain. Do not exceed the dose. Pregnant or nursing mothers, anyone under 18 and anyone with a known medical condition should ask a physician first. Supplements can also interact with medicines, so a pharmacist is a good second stop (NCCIH, Using Supplements Wisely).
If you take a prescribed medicine, keep taking it exactly as directed. A capsule is not a reason to change it. Our how to use guide covers missed days and timing.
Supply
How long do FemiCore capsules last?
At one capsule a day, a bottle lasts 30 days. Two bottles last 60 days, three last 90 and six last 180. These day counts are our arithmetic, not a claim from the sales page.
Prices seen on the sales page in October 2026 are $79 a bottle for two, $69 for three and $49 for six. Free shipping applies to the six-bottle order. The seller shows a 60-day guarantee badge, and the written terms sit on our pricing page.
Check the seal when the bottle arrives. The label says not to use the capsules if the safety seal is damaged or missing, and to keep the bottle in a cool, dry place away from children.
Since no product trial exists, a 60-day window is the practical way to judge the capsules for yourself.

FAQ
FemiCore capsule questions, answered
How many FemiCore capsules are in a bottle?
A bottle holds 30 capsules. At the label dose of one a day, that is a 30-day supply. The two, three and six bottle orders stretch it to 60, 90 or 180 days.
Can I open a FemiCore capsule and mix it into food?
The label gives no such direction, so the safe choice is to swallow the capsule whole with water. Opening it is outside the label, and the strains inside are not shown to survive handling.
Are FemiCore capsules big?
The label does not print a capsule size. It gives only the contents by weight, 350 mg plus 50 mg. If swallowing capsules is hard for you, ask a pharmacist before ordering.
Do FemiCore capsules contain gelatin?
Yes. Gelatin is listed first among the other ingredients as the capsule shell. It is animal-derived, so the capsules are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans.
